We stayed here for our last night in Japan, and having rushed around for the previous 2 weeks really appreciated "winning" a late checkout! The hotel is pleasant and quiet, even though we seemed to pick a date with a festival in the area; also a nice surprise to enjoy. The in-room coffee and tea were perfect, although we didn't take breakfast or eat at the hotel there seemed to be plenty of choice in the area. Would definitely consider a longer stay in future if we were to return.

In-room laundry, kitchen, great room equipments

We only stayed one night in this property, but the highlight was the staff. They were helpful to us in letting us storing some of our luggage, and there is a Yamato Transport located behind the building, which made it convenient for forwarding our larger pieces to our next destination.

My family of six stayed here and we were really impressed. The hotel is new, it just opened the day before we checked in so everything was brand new and very clean. They provide toiletries at the front desk for free, including laundry detergent. The only downside was the washer dryer combo took a long time to dry the clothes which is to be expected when it’s a combo. Close to convenience stores and train station and walkable to GINZA six, about 20 min walk.

Very good location in Ginza. The subway entrance is just outside the hotel. The breakfast is good, with very nice freshly squeezed orange juice, but there isn’t a huge selection. Everything in the hotel is clean and all the staff are very helpful and loan electric socket adapters. The provision of pyjamas in the bedroom is a nice touch. The lobby bar and outdoor terrace is a great place to sit and relax. Unless you are staying in one of the more expensive rooms you don’t get access to the rooftop bar which is odd. Overall my wife and I enjoyed our stay.
