"My first night was a bit disorienting because Old Town is something of a maze, and I was very sleep deprived from travel. But it is really easy to figure out how to get around after some rest! Maria, who makes a hearty, healthy breakfast each morning and makes sure you have what you need, is a wealth of helpful information and super nuturing. She will take care of you and make you feel like family. I spent ~11 nights here, I would definitely stay here again, and will recommend it to friends....

"It was a great location, really close to amazing restaurants (especially Burattino), the beach and lots of museums. The breakfast was simple but very delicious and the staff were all so friendly. We had to check in ourselves but that wasn't a problem. Our room was small but had everything we could need, including air conditioning, and definitely worth it for the price! Would stay here again! "Mitsis Alila is a beautiful hotel that we keep returning to year after year. From the minute we get out of the taxi, we feel like we are returning to our Greek home & seeing friends & family. Everything about the hotel is outstanding, from the decor, cleanliness, food & entertainment. All members of staff go above & beyond to make sure your holiday is memorable. Special mention to Pantalis for the wonderful service on the beach, Christina in the Ouzeri, Magda & Evie for being so attentive in looking after us & Vitalia in guest relations for promptly & professionally dealing with any requests. Lastly, its always a pleasure seeing George (old) at breakfast & lunch & hearing all about his family & his daughters forthcoming wedding.
