"The hotel is in a great central location. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel was modern, clean and the staff were very helpful. My only dissapointment was that i found out i was charged £40 more than my friend's who also stayed that same night and they received a free upgrade. It was disheartening to hear this and will make me think twice about staying there again."

"This hotel experience was absolutely horrible. We had driven hours from Istanbul and arrived late at 3am, exhausted and ready for bed. We booked a non-smoking room. We got up to the room and the stench gave us instant headaches and a cough. It was as if 5 people were smoking in the room at once. There were ashtrays in the room and the window was wide open and it still smelled that bad. We called down and the front desk guy kept saying he didn’t understand us because we spoke English.
