We were subjected to loud music all night long

The first room we were given smelled of cigarettes, so we asked reception to change it. The second room had no odor, but we were subjected to loud music all night long. There was so much noise that we thought the window was open, but it wasn't. It shouldn't have heard so much outside noise.

Good place to stay

I stayed at this hotel just because of the good reputation of the hotel. The location was good however the staff should be trained better to answer their guests' questions and requests a little more quicker.

Very convenient location, 5 min from the main shopping/dining street and the seafront. There is a coffee shop in the building and a cafe where you can sit and work in peace. Air con in the rooms is a bit weak, but on the plus side it is not directly above the bed. The area can be noisy at night with cars honking and police sirens, but nothing majorly disturbing.

We stayed here for two nights and could not sleep well because of very loud noises in the building next to the hotel. It sounded like a generator that made loud bass-like noises 24-7. Staff was not helpful in letting us switch rooms. We also asked for a non-smoking room, but the bathroom stank like smoke due to the shared air vents with smoking rooms. We never had such a bad hotel experience before.

Oda gayet temiz ve kısa konaklama için yeterliydi, otoparkı olmaması problem olmadı çünkü hemen karşısında TCDD otoparkı var. Ama temmuz ayında odada pike yerine hala yorgan bulunuyordu.

Yataktan hiç memnun kalmadık. Temmuzun ortasında yorgan koymuşlar ve yataklar inanılmaz yumuşaktı (bazıları sevebilir tabii). Klima 1980lerden kalma gibiydi. Ancak kendini soğutuyordu. Oda da oldukça küçüktü ama bize yetti.

Hayal kırıklığı! Aldığımız parayı hak etmiyor.

Ibis hotel zincirine yakışmayacak bir kalitede bir hizmet verildi. Odanın ne buzdolabı soğutuyordu ne de kliması. Niye çalışıyor gibi yapan cihazlar koyup ondan sonra da hizmeti nasıldı diye soruyorsunuz!! Ibis adına yakışmadı!
