Good location. If you driving it's a bit of handicap to find a parking spot. There are certain times you can drive in front of the hotel. Polite service through out. Would consider again.

Location was great: The famous bazaar was 8 min away to the left of the property and there's a metro station nearby as well. To the right u just walk 3 min to the nearest tram that can take u to Alsancak or u can walk for max 7 min to arrive to a very nice college style neighborhood. It reminded me of New York honestly. Room was extra clean and facilities are great. The receptionists were more than perfect and helpful and polite gentlemen. All in all perfect hotel.

Hotel marina is only a 2 minute walk to the metro which is fantastic. The rooms are nothing special, they have all necessary amenities but the walls are paper thin so you can hear EVERYTHING in the hallway and in other rooms. I had to wear earplugs in my room as I kept getting woken up just from footsteps and voices

Smelt of smoke but receptionist staff offered to put fragrance. They promised to move our rooms burt first staff said next day other staff said fully booked and coukd following day but we never heard anything. Tv was not working whole visit. Breakfast was half empty and had to keep asking for replace.phone didnt work.

They always give the bad and old rooms if you book from hotels.com. And main thing is that there is no access by car to hotel door. He left the car on the main road and go the hotel by walk with very heavy luggages. …..

Imagine checking in at 2 pm to a normal room, nothing fancy. You go out to the city and get back to the hotel at 2 AM! It turns out the room lost it's electricity, you did not get informed via phone when the problem first occured so at least you could find another accomodation. Now you are left stranded at the street 2.30 am, you were told there are not other rooms, you were not assisted with finding a room in neighboring hotels, nothing. You are informed that the charges are refunded, congratulations now you are left to survive in a foreign city with your heavy luggage middle of the night. This is beyond unprofessional and simply unacceptable behavior from an establishment. I wouldn't recommend to stay here for anyone who respect themselves
