Nice Hotel and friendly staff. Close to transport links, I used the train to go most places in and around Izmir. Typical Turkish breakfast which I was OK with. The area around the hotel is residential with a significant number of hospitals. I was content walking around there day and night.

Although the room was a bit tired and need if updating, it did benifit from a kettle in the room and daily cleaning. The complimentary tea and water in the room was replenished daily. The breakfast was simple but adequate and plenteful with fresh cake every day. The staff were very friendly and helpfulful with a good standard of Eglishn language. I would stay here again.

Friendly staff, breakfast was good. Do not expect the comfort but worth the rate. I would recommend this hotel unless you have an allergy to mites and dampness. My skin was turning red as I’m smelling the humidity.

Not Bad

It was okay, the staff was very helpful. However, the rooms were a bit old and there was a lot of noise coming from the street. The room was reeking of smoke and the room was very old. It is in general fine for travelers to get through the night.

Bad experience bedbugs

This hotel is close to a lot of area. Food and staff are nice. Specially the evening guy don't know his name. The rooms are ok, the problem was that the room they gave me 204 has bedbugs.Thank God are stay there was 1 1/2 day. And we had to be at the Izmir airport at 3:00 am. This is a big issue they need to fix asap. The sad part they did not return my money back and for them is not a problem.

Not all the rooms have a proper airconditioner. Some don't work and I stayed in a room with one of them without being informed. Besides, I couldn’t sleep well due to the cold weather and I got cold.
