You can easily reach the building by car, and it is located right along the coastline.
For trash disposal, please use the bins available on the street. Alternatively, you may leave the trash in the apartment, and our cleaning team will take care of it after your stay.
The apartment is located on the 8th floor, and there is an elevator in the building.
As shown in the photos, air conditioning is available only in certain rooms. Please note that not all rooms have AC. Currently, the air conditioner is available only in the living room, as the unit in the bedroom is temporarily out of service.
The water boiler pressure may occasionally drop slightly and require a quick manual adjustment, which takes less than a minute.
Please note that we cannot safely confirm or process your check-in without completing your ID registration. Failure to complete this requirement before check-in may cause serious limitations or disruptions during your stay.
