"This hotel should not have a licence to be in the tourism business. Words can't describe the horror I found when I made a mistake and booked this prison cell for a week. I warn everyone to stay away from this hotel as it many health hazards and safety issues. Dirty is not enough to describe this hotel. They don't even sweep the floor for new guests. "As a family of 5 we came here the second time already. Staff is outstandingly friendly and helpful. Food is of great quality, no matter if it is breakfast or dinner. Izmit visit

"The Lift is not from the ground floor to the last floor, it starts from the first floor and ends at the 5th floor. My room is on the 6th floor. The receptionist was helpful and invaluable. His name is 'Umat', and he carries all my bags up the stairs to my room. I have disability and their help was crucial. The hotel location is excellent, with many shops and restaurants in the area. No parking in front of the hotel, but there is an 'Otopark', a parking building 300 meters from the hotel. When driving Google Maps may lead you to driving Tram Rails, that's okay. No variety in breakfast, just plain Turkish breakfast."

Beautiful and comfy place in kartepe

"The property is beautiful. The house is really cozy and comfortable. There are animals which have entertained the children. The breakfast and dinner in the half board deal was really good. The only downsides were the accessing roads to the hotel are not properly paved, the stairs to the room are also not safe. The room did not have any fridge, although the picture showed one. The staff even offered to bring one, but our stay was so short it did not with to bother. Spite of that, everything was really enjoyable and I would stay there again."

"Çok kötü bir deneyimdi. 10. katta bir odada kalıyorduk. Dinlenmeye gittiğimiz otelde dinlenemedik. 11. katta rooftop bar bulunmaktaydı. Otelin ses yalıtımı yoktu. Saat 3 e kadar yüksek sesle müzik çaldı. Bize 12 mekanın kapanacağı söylenmesine rağmen hiç bir değişiklik olmadı. Resepsiyonla her yarım saatte bir konuştuk. Hiçbir müdahalede bulunmadılar. Ellerinden birşey gelmediğini söylediler. Çok düşük bir puanı hakkediyorlar. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. "

Great place for the family

"Our stay was very good, my family enjoyed the stay and the kids had a great time. Staff was very friendly and if we needed something it was given in a matter of minutes. Big yard for the kids, pool patio bbq. Breakfast was very good. Really enjoyed our stay and I recommend this place to a family traveling with kids. Thank you"
