The room was gross. There were bugs and ants all over in the bathroom including the toilet. There were no towels. The linen was not clean. There was no one in charge on the property, the kitchen lady had to call someone to check us in. The kitchen lady also left around 7:00 PM so the security guard got us some towels. I paid for three nights at 125 USD/night during Holy Week and we only stayed one night. It was that bad. I've traveled the world and I don't complain much, but for that kind of money in Guatemela, this place should be reprimened by Expedia

El peor hotel y la peor experiencia de mi vida

Terrible experiencia, llegamos y el encargado andaba tomando y no nos podían abrir , el policía quejándose del encargado, la habitación sucia,deteriorada , sin tv , sin internet, el único mueble para guardar ropa se le caían las puertas , el baño sin siquiera una cortina , la piscina sin funcionar , las ventanas sin cortina ,no se podía dormir , realmente una total estafa , habíamos apartado para dos noche porque las fotos no se veían mal y salimos corriendo a la mañana siguiente . No vayan , increíble que la página permita este tipo de disque hoteles , además caro y no quisieron devolver el dinero , unos estafadores

Nice place , expensive but love the private beach. Staff is great with customer attention. Owner needs to be more involved and help or hire help
