"We had an amazing stay in Keihan. We loved the adult pyjamas and shopping bag provided in the room. We could even take kids pyjamas and amenities at the hotel lobby. The hotel is just 2mins walk to USJ makes it very convenient after a whole day in USJ. The check-in/out process is very smooth. Starbucks, Gong-cha and Nene Chicken around the hotel. We will definitely consider this hotel again if we visit Osaka in future."

"Overall stay was excellent!!! Staff was all helpful, but there is one that stood out, Mr. Das, thank you for you excellent service on the breakfast buffet, you make me feel and treated like a QUEEN!!! I love how that smile never fade from greeting guests and making them feel like home!!! I will be coming back!!! Thank you!!!"

"Great Location close to Namba station, clean room, professional and very helpful staff, 24 hour front desk support, bathrooms have great water pressure and water temperature control. TV screen has a home page with a lot of useful information. Spa and great view from the 40th floor pool deck. When I come back to Osaka I plan to stay here again. "
