LARGE room, bathtub! LOTS of amenities e.g. all the toiletries, bath salts, pajamas to use each night, turn down with water and chocolate. welcome sweets.
GREAT service. breakfast buffet was good but not as extensive as four seasons. Japanese breakfast was the same each day, though extensive!
location: quiet, beautiful grounds, great views. close to subway. though not close to anything interesting e.g. shopping etc. though walkable to imperial palace

"Lovely view and onsen experience, mainly for locals not tourists which was excellent, but needs a refurb - feels like an 80's resort or cruise shop. Buffet breakfast and dinner was fine for one night but no variety for day 2-3 so got sick of fish and same menu every meal. Don't think locals stay ..."
