"Very pleasant stay"

"We have been coming here every year since they first opened. It is in the mall so anything you could possibly need, you can get without even going outdoors. However, Utrecht is a wonderful city with fabulous restaurants and very walkable. The mall is directly next to the Central Train station so we got a Chipkart (debit card for the transit system) the first year and have reloaded as needed. You can take all forms of transportation with it by tapping in when you enter and tapping out as you leave. So convenient and time saving. From Utrecht you can easily travel anywhere in the Netherlands by public transportation. I recommend you do not rent a car. Walk and use the public transportation and you will see so much more and avoid having to pay for expensive parking wherever you go."

"Will be my stay every time I’m in"

"I arrived too early for check-in. The staff offered to keep my bags until I could check in. When asked how my travels had been, I commented that I was tired and couldn't wait to brush my teeth. I was immediately given a tooth brush and the smallest toothpaste ever so that I could brush them before my room was available. I spent one night here, and then traveled to Paris, returning 4 nights later before my return back to the US. The staff happily kept my large bag for me. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, I was grateful for the gym there. This was my second trip to Urecht, and also my second stay at the Crowne Plaza. It's so convenient for proximity to the train station."

"About half an hour walk to the city centre, or a 10 minute walk to a bus stop. Very comfortable hotel, a business hotel and mid week will have conferences and meetings. Didn't use the bowling alley"

"This hotel was great. Right beside the train station so very convienient and a short walk to the downtown area. A great mall across the road. The sauna and steamroom on the roof was really nice. "

"Incredible and kind front desk. I stayed there a week and they took excellent care of me. Over and beyond care. I will always remember the Leonardo Utrecht front desk staff. Great location, easy to walk to the train station and into the University. Gorgeous room with wonderful window light and view of the tower. "
