"Wir waren sehr zufrieden und sind uns sicher, dass es nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt in diesem Haus war. Äußerst freundliche, aber nicht aufdringliche Vermieter. Alles sehr sauber gehalten. Wir hatten alles was nötig war und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Toller Ausblick aufs Meer, welches zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar ist. "Adam hat schon auf uns gewartet, obwohl wir später angekommen sind. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und ordentlich, das gefiel uns sehr gut! Adam hat uns alles gezeigt und immer wenn wir Hilfe brauchten war er für uns da. Es war ruhig und man konnte gut schlafen. Man hatte einen guten Zugang zum Meer und wenn man im Apartment war, war es angenehm, weil man eine Klimaanlage hatte. Der Urlaub war sehr schön und wir würden nächstes mal sehr gerne nochmal wiederkommen!"

"Ok so the place looks to be great. Check in was no problem. The major problem was timing for our stay was during the low season so only grocery markets were opened nothing else no restaurants. We looked all over the island too. My opinion is if the person who checked us in knew this she should have warned us: Nothing is opened. Especially when the list of accommodations included a buffet breakfast at 15 euros. This was not available. The laundry room was locked, no one was at the front desk the...

"Der Vermieter ist wirklich sehr nett und äußerst freundlich. Wir haben die Wohnung eher spontan gebucht und waren sehr positiv überrascht. Die Bilder entsprechen zu 100% der Wahrheit und als wir in die Wohnung kamen hat es herrlich frisch geputzt gerochen. Auch die Schlafzimmer hatten einen angenehmen frisch gewaschen Duft, die Wohnung war wirklich super sauber, als wären wir die ersten Gäste in dieser Wohnung gewesen. Egal welche Fragen man hat, der Vermieter hilft einem immer weiter und es gab...

"This property is a perfect place for families or anyone who wants to be separated from the hustle and bustle of the Novalja beach scene, all while being just a few min. walk to the nearest public beach. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities necessary for a getaway vacation. Great communication with owner and staff. Private beach access is very close to the apartment."

"Sadly we were only able to stay for one night, whilst celebrating our anniversary but the apartment was fantastic and the owner was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and the view from the balcony is fantastic. We enjoyed some champagne on the balcony whilst watching the sunset before a short walk to have a lovely dinner by the sea. Wish we could have stayed longer!"
