O funcionário da recepção no momento da saída precisa de tratamento psicológico. Inclusive para não prejudicar os colegas de trabalho. Nada justifica tanta arrogância.

Foi uma grata surpresa estar no Real Park Hotel, o café da manhã é muiiiito bom, os funcionários muito solícitos e simpaticos. No jantar é servido uma refeição bem caseira. Parabéns a Dona Márcia, cozinheira do hotel. O estacionamento é bem seguro e a noite bem tranquila. Quando for a Jacareí, é ali que vou ficar.

O quarto em que ficamos era pequeno e abafado , uma das paredes estava com o reboco estufado, a cama de casal com colchão deformado e travesseiro duro. Limpeza boa. Quanto ao café da manhã, este estava excelente.

As áreas comuns do hotel necessitam de manutenção, mas pelo menos o quarto onde fiquei estava reformado e a cama era confortável. Mas vi um quarto com marcas de infiltração. Se tivesse ficado num quarto assim, certamente minha experiência seria bem pior. O café da manhã é muito bom para o padrão 3 estrelas.

Fui MUITO bem atendida pelo Felipe, que foi super gente boa. Pedi omelete com queijo (apenas o omelete) e é muito bem servido. Com os acompanhamentos, com certeza serve 2 pessoas. A limpeza da roupa de cama e banho não é das melhores. O quarto que fiquei tinha edredons diferentes entre si, sendo um deles com um rasgo. Lençóis, edredom e toalhas tinham manchas que, imagino, podem sair com vanish. Não me senti confortável usando estes itens e usei os meus próprios que havia levado.
