"The room was very clean and towels were changed daily. Staff were welcoming especially the lady who served breakfast who despite being extremely busy went out of her way to help. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice with the Continental and Cooked breakfast. Thought drinks at the bar were expensive."

"Lovely little find. Well situated for Telford and Lilleshall National sports centre. Rooms are cosy and well equipped with nice decor. Probably the comfiest sheets I’ve had in a hotel actually. Plenty of storage. Nice shower. Couple of bits could do with a lick of paint but I think it’s more obvious as it’s a dark colour and it didn’t detract from the stay. We didn’t get to try breakfast as it wasn’t served until 8am and we had to eleven before then. So slightly earlier might’ve been better for us but over all we reccomend amd would come back"

"Lovely clean hotel. Easily located off the motorway. Room clean with walk in shower, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Tea and coffee in room. Great price too. Also has gym and pool."

"There were no staff when we arrived. Everything bar the room was closed up until 24 hours later. Our room had not been made up as two single beds, as booked online. I'd to use towels and throws as bedding.I advise checking with the hotel if that is your requirement. The room was clean and well equipped.The next day things were sorted out by the staff. Our bar drinks were on the house. Parking is easy."

"We had an overnight stay..the staff were very friendly and helpful.The room was lovely,a nice size.Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was also a good size,shower was good.Not overally powerful but okay. I would certainly stay again"

"Staff were lovely and helpful, as the building has such wonderful high ceilings i felt the cold at the night time so i told reception and bless him within 10 mins he was knocking at my door with a plug in heater for my rroom. The pool was lovely steam room was on point and the jacuzzi was fab. i know they building is old and it is kept beautifully although i really think bathrooms could do with updating and maybe the windows ESPECIALLY for the winter months as i was quite cold and it mild! rooms had new bottled water and milk and teas topped up put in every day new towels also. The only thing that i didnt like was it wasnt able to be my own choice if they come into the room or not, no lock box/safe in room for valuables and i think if there isnt any notice to put on the door to say if you want to have cleaners or privacy i think its somthing that should be considered. Overall i had a lovely few days out the way and some peace. Breakfast a little pricey but room prices were fair. i did leave some belongings in the room and i phoned up they said they were going to get back to me, i know 100% i left few things so hope they get back to me on here now ive messaged."

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful chalet. The property was clean, comfortable, spacious, and very well maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was excellent, with lovely surroundings and easy access to nearby attractions. It was out of town, but close enough to easily visit the main attractions, while being far enough away to enjoy a peaceful and quiet stay. The chalet had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making guests feel comfortable. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend this chalet to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay. We would definitely love to come back!"
