"Very nice spacious, clean condo. The view of the lake is stunning! Lots of boats on the lake. We had a family of 5, three adults and two teenagers. Everyone had their own space. We sat around the fire on the porch most of the time but there are things to do if you’d rather. Close to restaurants and walking distance to the waterpark. The property management was very clear on instructions with an email prior to our arrival. Didn’t have to contact them at all. Overall, we will be back!"

"My husband and I with our two kid three and under stayed here for a short weekend visiting for a family wedding. Would definitely would stay here again. It was clean, spacious with a beautiful view of the lake. Plenty of space for parking either in the underground garage or outside. Wish the weather was nicer so we could have enjoyed the patio space but that’s Iowa weather for you. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Nice large place to stay for our group. We had young kids with us and it was a nice place to spread out in between activities. We were able accommodate little kids with naps while still being able to use the space for older kids/adults."

"All the comforts of home with a most beautiful view of the lake! The layout of the condo provided such privacy with the bedrooms; as you are preparing meals you have the marvelous windows with sunlight streaming in. Lovely condo!"

"Allison's condo worked superbly for our extended family of nine, ranging in age from 4.5 to 98.5! The mobility challenges of my aged mother were well accommodated by the layout of the condo, as well as its walk-in shower in the master suite, and the building's elevator system. (Note: There ARE rather long halls from the elevator to the condo, on the 4th floor, but Mom has a walker with a seat in it, so this enabled us to push her down the halls versus expecting her to walk...and we could leave...

"It was a beautiful and very clean condo! Easy access too! The view of the lake was very nice and we enjoyed the patio in the evenings, the fire pit in the center of the table was an extra bonus! It was very quiet, with two little ones we truly appreciated that! We hope to return! Thanks!"

"Perfect location. Great size an amenities for a group of five. Only issue was bedroom facing street was very warm and whoever sleeps on pullout couch will wake up to sun. However, we enjoyed everything else about it! Would definitely book again."
