"The front desk was super nice both for check in and check out, i mean seriously so nice. Rooms were clean, hotel smelt clean, breakfest was good, I really can’t complain about anything here. Will be staying here again next year."

"The hotel is clean, not fancy. Free breakfast and pet friendly, so that's a must for me . A place to rest and relax after being the whole day out, just as expected. Location is good, close to Ruby Falls, and not too far from downtown. The negative for me was the staff of all areas, the front desk morning clerk and the lady in the breakfast were rude and not welcoming at all. Not even eye contact or a "good morning" , not customer service oriented at all."

"We needed a place to crash. And it served that purpose very well. However it was MOTEL and I was expecting a hotel. It wasn't a bad place by any means but I was expecting a hotel based on the pictures. The place was very well maintained and clean. The other negative was double bed versus queens. "

"The pool was old and worn - water did not look clean. The bathroom door was broken at the bottom, The tub didn’t drain while taking a shower. There was the most bizarre note posted on the bathroom wall “DON’T DYE YOUR HAIR IN THE TUB/SHOWER DO TO STAINING AND REPAINTING. The onsite restaurant burnt, but there was a grill out back and it was busy?! It must have been something back it the day, but I’m afraid that time has passed. "
