Enjoy a dip in the hot tub and new covered patio to use all year round (rain or shine; sleet or snow)!! 2 car attached garage! Newly renovated basement allows with ping pong and game room.
Private home tucked away in the woods of Jackson, NH. Minutes to Attitash/Storyland/ number of hiking trails/ Glen falls, Tuckerman Ravine, close to outlet shopping just to name a few. Set up to be family friendly and offers open layout with plenty of room for all our guests. Avoid Conway traffic and stay in Jackson! Walk to Jackson village for stores and restaurants, library and local playgrounds.

Enjoy the privacy our home offers , yet close to all attractions. Enjoy a cup of coffee in overlooking the woods and listen to the peaceful sound of the brook that runs into Ellis river. Don't have to sit through Conway traffic each time you go to Storyland or Attitash/Wildcat!

Winter parking restrictions: limit 5 cars in driveway (pitched driveway); all wheel drive vehicles advised for driveway and roadways around the area. 2 cars additional parking and/or for Non-all wheel drive vehicles.

Total: 4 bedrooms/4 full baths: sleeps 10 (max 10 adults-No additional overnight guests) NO PARTYING

Covered patio: hot tub; patio furniture (accessible all year round). Basement offers game area (ping pong, poker, Foosball etc)

Living room: Portable AC
Laundry Room: Washer/dryer
1st floor uncovered deck: grill, patio furniture

Secured Wifi: password granted prior to arrival (2 networks)

Fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs. Bring extra camping chairs to enjoy the starry skies. (Seasonal: not available Dec-April)

Please read our house policy prior to booking to avoid cancellation that can ruin your trip. Rental agreement due back within 48hrs from booking to confirm booking. ID and security deposit is a must.

RECYCLING strictly enforced: sort out bottles, plastic, and card boards.

**Seasonal: portable air conditioners (June-Oct); Fire pit (Memorial Day-Nov: inquire on availability); patio furniture (Memorial-Nov): Accessibility may be limited due to snow.

Excellent property! Smooth check-in and check-out process and excellent communication from the owner. Some of the bedroom furniture could use updating, but otherwise everything was comfortable. The hot tub and game area were highlights of the trip for us! Would definitely return.

Amazing stay!

Kim's place was great! This was the second time my family has stayed there and it never disappoints. Close to everything you need. House is equipped with all the essentials and the hot tub is a plus. We always have a great time and we will definitely be back again soon!

Great spot for families

We had a great stay at this property, the amenities and location were perfect. We traveled with 2 families and 5 total children ages 6 on down. There was plenty of space and the lower level was a playground for the kids and adults. Perfectly located, we took trips to Storyland, Santa’s Village and North Conway with no problem. Great open floor plan so adults can enjoy themselves while still having the kids nearby. Communication was great and quick to resolve any issues. I would recommend for groups of all ages summer and winter.

A perfect home away from home

Our group of 7 loved this place! We stayed 4 nights and hiked every day. The modern and spacious kitchen was perfect for making our dinners and enjoying post-hike cocktails. The hot tub was such a treat for tired muscles. After dinner card games and ping pong tournaments rounded out the evenings. And most importantly, our hosts were fantastic and responded to messages very quickly. I cannot say enough good things about this place; you will not be disappointed.

Perfect multi-family getaway

This was our 5th time up in this area, and our second renting a property. The house was perfect for our multi-generational/multi-household party -- plenty of separation between private spaces, and tons of great communal space. One of the households in our party had a toddler, and we greatly appreciated the baby gates, the full crib, and the toys provided. Having both the open air and the covered deck were great for the varying weather that we had during the week, the kids enjoyed the Wii and Playstation, and in general we couldn't have asked for more. If we HAD TO nit-pick, we would say that maybe another cutting board or two, and a baking pan suitable for brownies or a sheet cake would be helpful. It's also worth noting that one of the bedrooms on the main level has no storage space. (This was fine for us since our kids were in the other one with a walk-in closet, but if we were two separate families that may have been awkward.) And as the weather wasn't too hot and didn't require AC, it was a shame that many of the windows in the main living space couldn't be opened because they lacked screens. But again, these are nitpicks -- overall we were very happy. The owners texted us personally to make sure we were settled in and had what we needed, and suggested a fantastic local swimming hole that we may not have discovered on our own. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

Great mountain cabin

We loved our stay here. The house had lots of room and outdoor space. It's in a beautiful and quiet area but also close to town and outdoor activities. Host was very nice and responsive. Definitely would stay here again and recommend this if you are coming with a bigger group (8 or more).

Very spacious, but needs cleaning and updating

Very spacious, fits 10 people nicely for eating, sleep, hanging out, tv watching, etc. Extremely strong odor in basement. I was unable to enjoy all the great table games down there. … very musty and ???? The young adults enjoyed the hot tub. Kitchen, refrigerator, not clean. Cabinet handles kept falling off, we kept screwing back on. Needed updating and needed new wood in different areas. Close to some nice, interesting spots. Secure dwelling. I really wanted to RE-book for next year, but not worth the cost at all.

Large and convenient, but very dirty

The house is large and can accommodate a good amount of people. It's also in a great location. However, upon arrival we noticed immediately that the house looked like it had not even been cleaned from the previous stay. I am not usually picky, as I travel often and am used to not being in the comfort of my own home; however, there was dirt and sand everywhere, toilets were soiled and uncleaned, hair and mold in the showers, unknown sticky stains on the couch cushions, dirty silverware in the drawers, dirt and sand in the bed sheets and hot tub, and the list can go on. My family and I spent 2 hours going out and buying our own cleaning supplies and cleaning it ourselves in order to feel clean. The part of this stay that bothered me the most was that even after reaching out to the hosts with proof of the conditions, we were still charged the cleaning fee. The pictures and previous reviews did not reflect these same issues, so I'm hoping this was just situational. Overall, if this location was actually clean, it would have received stronger and more positive reviews from our stay.

Peaceful location

We loved that there were so many sitting areas - chairs around the island, dining room table & chairs, couches -in open concept living space - outside table/chairs and couch on deck ( we saw a bear from there - going up Graustein Rd!). Awesome playroom for kids in the basement, hot tub outside and more seating. Great fire pit & very clear recycling instructions!

The house was great with plenty of amenities and places to sleep. It's close to a lot of the major attractions in the area which was a huge plus. Only issue we had was with some dirty linens upon arrival.

The house was wonderful, the location perfect for getting in some nice hiking as well as enjoying downtown Conway.

Great February vacation!

The property was in an incredible location. Convenient to everything! The layout was fantastic, nice and open and really inviting! The beds were comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. We also loved the hot tub! The property manager was also very communicative. There was a slight sewer smell on the basement level that we couldn’t quite figure out, but it didn’t prevent the kids from playing down there. We will absolutely book again! We loved it!!

weekend stay

The house was in a great neighborhood and I had no problem contacting the host for anything needed. The beds were comfortable. It was a plus there was a hot tub, but we had some issues as it only worked one night. The house was not Covid clean, the floors were not cleaned. Plenty of space for guests, but for the money we were charge not worth it.

House with all the amenities and plenty of room to spare

Open concept house, excellent location, kind and responsive hosts, amazing hot tub, and plenty of room to spare (easily hosted 10 people), very clean. Highly worth the stay!

Christmas with the Family

We've started a tradition of a family gathering the weekend before Christmas and Jackson was the perfect location. This property had numerous amenities for adults and children alike. The kitchen is well stocked and we found everything quite comfortable. The property wasn't pristine clean but far from the opposite end of the spectrum. The host was responsive and flwxible!
