"It was a really good room at a really good rate. "

"When we got there check in was easy but the lady put us in room 201 where the later we find out the ac don't work and was leaking water on the carpet. Miss Kimberly the night clerk switch our room with no problem to room 222 and it was so much better. Then on the the day before our last day I find out if you have a handicap placker you can park for free in the front. This need to be ask when you check you, other then that we always have a great stay we see the same lady for breakfast."

"I needed an accessible room with roll in shower. The rooms was no longer available. Vanessa called me and made sure we were able to be comfortable during our stay. I am unsure of the floor of my original reservation, but was very pleased with the concierge room with lounge. The attendant there was very kind . We enjoyed the breakfast. We didnt get to enjoy the snacks although they were included as well. Housekeeping was good and fast when we requested additional towels. The only thing that bothered me wasbthe girl working when I checked in and when I had to checknin again after my original reservation expired. When checking in, I asked if it would be a nice room. She and another worker rolled their eyes and snickered. Im not sure why, but it was an uncomfortable feeling. She also did the same when i came down for towels and water my last night. The manager on duty my last day was great too."
