The staff was great! Very professional and helpful. Air conditioner fan was extremely loud and annoying. We asked to be moved but all rooms were the same. Desperately needs upgrade. It showed it was given a rating of 9, I’d say more like a 4.

Property was nice—big, clean suite. Reserved for 3, no blanket for sofa bed, only 2 towel sets in the bathroom. We were too tired to call and wait for someone to bring us the items so we made it work. They should read their reservations and be prepared for their guests though.

The hotel is located right off the highway and near downtown so it was a good location. I felt safe. The hotel was just worn and needed updating. The room was clean, staff helpful and friendly and the breakfast had lots of options. It was just a worn out hotel

Large comfortable room

Checking in was just fine. No chit chat, just basics. Room was large. AC unit is noisy. Thankfully in different room tha me. No regular coffee only decaf. But, 500% better than the last hotel I was in.
