Room was nice and spacious. Had a bit of a moldy smell that you notice when you walk in but quickly get used to. Our power did go out for about 12 hours, and we were told it would be fixed immediately. It wasn’t not. We had to call again, and it wasn’t fixed until the next morning.

The property was recently renovated. Overall the room was nice but the bathroom light was by motion and it took several minutes for it to go off. We did have loud neighbors who liked to argue. Still waiting on the deposit to be refunded.

Arrived to an unclean room with no clean towels, kitchen, or sheets. There were cigarette ashes on the nightstand and floor. The lock on my door did not secure properly unless you slammed the door and I was locked out 2 nights of my stay. I had to call their “lock-out” number 10-15 times over the course of 30 minutes to get back into my room. I have never had a worse experience at a hotel.

I like the kitchenette area; the bathroom and the toilet wasn’t a low toilet; it was high enough to sit on and it was high enough to get up from the toilet seat without a struggle; what I dislike about the room was the water pipes under the sink in the kitchen came a loose; and when I told the front desk; no one never came to fix the sink all while we were there) and I didn’t like the idea that the beds was right at the front door entrance)only Kimberly was compassionate when she was there at work; she really did her part to help us)(66

K made a reservation for a week and the day i was driving to get there from florida someone from the hotel called me telling me there was no rooms available and that they were going to cancel on their end so i wouldn’t get charged for canceling and they never did i got charged i called hotels.com and they could never reach antone at the hotel to confirm that they were the ones that cancelled so that i could get a refund.
