"Check in was completely chaotic with no where to park when wanting to check in, leaving many people to double park or park so they block the only exit. The room itself was quite nice so we still gave it 4 stars despite the significant issue with parking. Our stay was good but not sure we would stay here again due to parking problems."

"The Americana Village staff was professional and friendly. Our room was very clean and had all the necessary comforts of home (refrigerator, microwave, glasses, mugs, utensils, TV, DVD player, toiletries, heaters, and fans, etc.). Our Ambassador room was a good size for a couple, but might be a bit tight for more people. We enjoyed using the hot tub and lounge chairs. They had lots of free bikes available, which were very easy and convenient to check out, but keep in mind that they are single-gear beach cruisers. Great for riding on flat areas through town and to the beach. The free breakfast is very basic, but perfect if you want something light in the morning or on the go. During my stay, they had donuts, toast, sliced fruit, hard-boiled eggs, coffee, and tea. If you like a hot, substantial breakfast, plan to make your own in your room or go out to eat. We only stayed one night, so we did not take advantage of the horseshoes, cornhole, board games, fire pit, free movie rentals, and other activities. Overall, the Americana Village is a good value. It's well maintained, clean, and met our needs."
