"Very courteous owner. Had a microwave go out and had a new one next day. Showed me how to work the tv remote. Really nice man. Room is a little dated but everything worked. No plumbing issues, plenty of hot water. Will definitely stay here again. "

"I was here for work and the location and apartment were well suited for what i was looking for. A couple of things could be improved upon. Larger tv with news channels would be nice and a larger skillet for cooking. But those are small incoveniences."
