"Starting with the communication with the owner who is so awesome and helpful. This home is just what we needed! Boat slip is about 150 yards from the property which made loading and unloading super easy. Location is serene with beautiful deep water but very little boat traffic. House was perfect with huge open living areas and plenty of outside space for family. We used the flat grill, regular grill and the smoker! Kids used the kayaks and the floating island was great. Host is very helpful, polite and giving. If you’re a fisherman take some time to cruise around at night. There are several lighted docks that host a multitude of large fish which love live minnows that we were able to catch with a net off the dock. Can’t wait to come back!"

"We are local and vacation on Lake Martin every summer, and this is one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed. The house is cozy and has everything you need, the water access is perfect. We brought our kayak for our teenagers, swam, and fished (caught two blue gill). The grill and picnic area are nice. We had Canadian geese came and swam with us every day we were there. We will definitely stay here again."

"Everything you’d need and ever want at this VRBO. Perfect location to rent multiple units with friends or family. Listing was just as described, but even better. Pool, pavilion, grills, walking trails, beach access with clean bottom, fire pit, dock with benches to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets at sunset point, AND pontoon rental available!!! We will be back!"
