  • Charming 3BR/2BA Seaside Privacy Home located in Summer Beach Village. This home offers unique privacy with it's side courtyard and open patio overlooking windswept oaks and preservation area. The kitchen features a breakfast bar and overlooks the dining area and living room area with wood burning fireplace. Extra family room with lots of windows and outdoor access. The split bedroom floor plan offers the master bedroom and bath on one side of the home and the 2 guest bedrooms on the opposite side. The single car garage features extra storage with cabinets and shelving. All located just a few steps to the sandy white beach and sunny community pool.
