Perfect place to stay!

This was the 2nd time in the last 2 years that we stayed at this location! The first time was all adults and this time 2 adults and 4 kids! It has everything you need to cook with, 3 bedrooms, washer/dryer and such a short drive or walk to the beach! This is quickly becoming one of our favorite places to stay while we visit Fernandina! Thank you guys for such great communication and making everything so easy!

The location was excellent. Easy to get to the beach, short beach walk to a restaurant, only 2 streets over. Historic downtown was 10 min drive away. Property does need updating but it served our needs. Plumbing was an ongoing issue. In our 3 weeks there, we have 5 days where toilet and tub were unusable. In the owner’s defense, he was very responsive, called RotoRooter, and was there when they arrived. Sadly this did not fix the problem. Owner did not offer a discount. He was pleasant throughout all of this and tried to resolve the problem, which I think is a bigger issue with the whole bldg. , not just his condo.

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here! Communication with the owner, Bo, was great. Easy check-in, condo was clean, and it was just as described in the listing. There are plenty of beach accesses close to this condo complex. There’s one you can walk to that’s a 5-7 minute walk. Then there are several others close by that have parking. So getting to the beach is no problem at all. We are already planning on coming back to stay here. (Bonus points for the owner, he offered us a late checkout because the property wasn’t rented on the day we left. Very thoughtful!)

The condo was extremely clean and well stocked with cleaning supplies, paper products, and general kitchen supplies. There was even a welcome bottle of red wine for us! There were plenty of closely located parking spaces and the pool was easy to find- even though we didn’t have the time to use it. The internet was out for the length of our stay, but that wasn’t the owner’s fault at all. However, that meant no tv or wi-fi. But, in Amelia, who has time for tv?!? The condo was a short walk to the absolutely beautiful (and empty) beach, and it was super convenient that there was a box full of beach supplies for us to use. My only suggestion is that some of the rustier chairs need to be replaced. I would 100% rent this condo again. It was a terrific experience for us all.

We were in town for my son’s wedding. We had a great stay. The condo was decorated so cute for the beach. Parking was right outside of the unit. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels for our 5 guests. The walk to the beach was close! The great communication was very thorough. We hope we get to visit again soon.

The Owner was on top of his game. I had all my information ahead of time, which made me feel more at easy. I’ve rented some places and kept wondering if I was getting scammed. (Not getting the information till we were in the area after time) It was so stressful. The condo was in a good location. Close to the Beach and all the shops. We enjoyed are stay.

Excellent location and amenities. 1st floor, 2 blocks from the beach, and the host provides a beach buggy/pull cart and beach chairs. The unit has 3 bedrooms so kids can have their own rooms. The beach is not too crowded, the pool is a great feature too. Plenty of towels and games, comfortable furniture and beds. Amazing value, excellent communication. Would stay again.

Perfect getaway for my family

Great condo for a vacation or getaway. Plenty of room for my family. The condo had everything we needed, including several beach related gear on the balcony that was very useful to us during our stay. The owner was super nice. Had some issues come up near the end of our stay and he went out of his way to get us taken care of. I definitely reccommend this condo for families and would absolutely stay again!
