Complimentary WiFi to ensure you stay connected. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, and a beach wagon - one less thing to pack! Pet-friendly (max 1 dog, fee applies) with assigned off-street parking. Wander to local hotspots like Beach Hut Café, Salt Life Food Shack, and Green Room Brewery, or adventure to TPC Sawgrass and Jacksonville Zoo within 30 minutes. Beginning Sept 29th for about 6 weeks - they will be doing building maintenance with stucco & concrete repair, a new roof, and painting the building. There will be work being done during the day, weather permitting. Also - the pool & pool deck will be closed Tues-Thur Oct 28th to 30th and reopen on Friday, Oct 31st. So please be aware when booking!



We are pet friendly! Additional cleaning/pet hair removal fee required. Fee is per pet. Pets must be disclosed in advance. Max 1 dog. Dogs must be 40 lbs or less. All dogs are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the dog owner. Failure to disclose the pet in advance will result in a $500 fee.



Laundry facilities are available - and are located on the main parking level. Additional directions for them are provided in the condo. Some amenities are nearby - an additional fee may be required. Golf, Bike Rental, etc.

We love this place!

Our 2nd time staying and we love this place! Short walk to the ocean, lots of great restaurants and shops around! The bed is super comfy and it's just perfect for us. We love also having the pool if we aren't wanting to get all dandy! We will be back!

Great location and access to beach, pool and park. Area was surprisingly quiet (a good thing!) for summertime—given we typically have gone to Myrtle Beach. Things we’d prefer: greater ease of parking (SUV) and more substantial mattress. Charming little place and pleased to “meet” Jax Beach!

Great location to the beach. We were able to walk to a restaurant. The condo was so nice and clean, also neatly decorated. There were beach supplies available, saving me a trip to the store. We enjoyed our short stay.

Amazing Anniversary getaway!!

We love this location beautiful and cozy place. Walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony. Beautiful view of the park the lights on the park at night was soothing. Will definitely recommend.

Great Stay!

We loved this cozy condo! We visited for the Blue Angels Air Show. We brought our bikes and road everywhere. Condo had everything we needed, the bed was super comfy. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise! We will be back!

The home had a beachy feel. It was cozy and very comfortable. Beach was a short walk from the unit. The park next door was very quiet over the weekend. It was a great place for my husband and I to stay for a long weekend in Jacksonville.

Great little getaway

The condo had everything we needed. It was very clean and organized. Checking in and out was very easy. The location was very convenient...near the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

The property was nice. We thought the room was ocean view but there was limited siting of the ocean. The mattress was not comfortable and seemed very used. Some of the outlets in the bedroom didn't work. The laundry room was nice to have on the property.

Short Family Weekend

This spot was perfect for the two of us. We loved the location near the beach and the layout and space were just what was advertised. It was nearby the places we got together with family. Easy to find, clean, well appointed. It was our first attempt at a VRBO reservation and we now hope to use one again in the future.

Great for a short stay

My husband used the place to heal after a medical procedure. While he was a little surprised by how small the place was, he said it was cute and sufficient for his needs. He wanted to be walkable to the beach. His only criticism was that it wasn’t the cleanest of places, but it served its purpose. Thank you!
