Our location is directly beach front within the community, please note that the beach condo itself does not have ocean views from the inside. The pool and additional amenities are direct beach views and the community itself feels very private and quiet for optimal tranquility.

Adorable little place, perfect for a couple. Beach access right around the building and great beachside pool. Hosts very friendly and quick in replying to requests. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay here! The beds were comfortable, the condo was so clean, and the beach access was so easy! We also loved how close it was to so many restaurants. We walked all around JAX beach. Thanks, again!

Pure Comfort
We could not have been happier with the property. For the last two years we’ve ended up coming to Jax Beach twice a year and have yet to stay somewhere that we would 100% come back to, until now! The home itself was so clean and stocked with anything we could need. Being in a gated community was a nice touch. The location is great and we were able to walk to get our coffee and dinners. Gary & Rachael’s communication was great! 10/10 experience all around!

The condo was clean and updated. Access to the beach was great. The beach amenities in condo were convenient. Communication with owner was easy thru the VRBO app. The binder with food selections was helpful. The bed is abit too firm for my liking. The ac unit filters needed to be clean Some improvement in the weather stripping around the doors is needed for drafts. The winding staircase could be an issue if you have balance issue. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again in the future.

Cute Little Place
We were here for The Donna Marathon and location was perfect as it was directly on the race route. The building itself is an old renovated motel where an upstairs and downstairs unit were combined to form one "condo". The unit was recently remodeled and seems to have been stripped to the studs as everything looked and felt "new". When we needed help the owner was quick to respond. Was great for our weekend getaway and would stay for the race again! Thanks!
