!!! Construction notice!!!, Beginning late september the surf and racquet club will begin the process of replacing railings on the balcony's and also the breezeways. There are 3 buildings on our complex, the first building for the start of construction will be the B building, then starting in January the A building will begin, we are in the C building which is slated to start mid May 2027, the work will be done from 8 to 5 during the week with on and off noise to be expected.
