The fully equipped kitchen features a massive granite island ideal for prepping meals, serving spreads, or pulling everyone together over food.

Five bedrooms across two floors sleep up to 10 guests comfortably:

Primary suite (main floor) — king bed with en suite bathroom
Bedroom 2 — queen bed with private bath
Bedroom 3 — two queen beds
Bedroom 4 (upstairs) — two full-size beds with en suite bath
Bedroom 5 — queen bed with private bath

The home includes in-unit washer and dryer, dedicated workspace, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and free driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. Self check-in via keypad makes arrival effortless.

A short drive connects you to the beach, fresh seafood spots, boutique shops, and the best of coastal Ponte Vedra. Dogs are welcome with pre-approval and additional fees (limit two).

Please note: This property is located inside Sawgrass Golf & Country Club. Pool, beach access point, and all listed community amenities are private to Sawgrass residents and guests only. Please note that no parking is available at the beach access point.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
