Inside, an open floor plan connects the living room to the kitchen, making it easy for everyone to spread out or gather together. The living room's HDTV is ready for movie nights, and a dedicated workspace is on hand if anyone needs to get a few things done. A cozy indoor fireplace adds warmth on cooler evenings.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, plus dishes, silverware, and cooking basics on hand. A dining table seats the group comfortably, and barbecue utensils are ready for grilling out back.
Sleeping arrangements
This 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home sleeps up to 10 guests across 7 beds:
Primary suite (main floor): king bed, en suite bath
Second bedroom: queen bed, private bath
Third bedroom: two queen beds
Fourth bedroom (upstairs): two full-size beds, en suite bath
Fifth bedroom: queen bed, private bath
Each room comes with bed linens, hangers, and closet storage.
Bathrooms
All 4.5 bathrooms include a bathtub and hair dryer, with towels and essentials provided throughout.
Outdoor space
Step out to the screened lanai, where the private pool, fire pit, and tiki hut grill station set the scene for relaxed afternoons or evening get-togethers. A patio, balcony, and backyard round out the outdoor space. Heat for the pool is available upon advance request for an additional fee of $40/day.

Sawgrass Country Club puts you close to golf, the beach, dining, and local shops - an easy home base for exploring the area. Free driveway parking is available on-site (4 spaces), and self check-in with a keypad makes arrival simple.
