Outdoor living
The screened lanai is the heart of the home. A private outdoor pool (heat available upon advance request with an additional fee of $40/day) takes center stage, flanked by a tiki hut built for lingering, a fire pit for winding down after dinner, and a full outdoor grill station stocked with barbecue utensils. Whether it's a lazy afternoon float or an evening gathered around the flames, this backyard earns its keep all trip long.
Living & dining
The main floor opens into a bright, connected living and dining area designed for groups. Settle into the living room anchored by a large HDTV, or pull everyone together at the dining table for a meal. The full kitchen runs along the space with everything you need to cook properly: refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and a granite island that doubles as extra prep and gathering space.
Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms spread across two floors sleep up to 10 guests:
Primary suite (main floor) - king bed, en suite bathroom
Second bedroom - queen bed, private bath
Third bedroom - two queen beds
Fourth bedroom (upstairs) - two full beds, en suite bath
Fifth bedroom - queen bed, private bath
Bed linens, hangers, and ample storage are provided in every room.
Bathrooms
Four and a half bathrooms are distributed throughout the home. You'll find a bathtub, hair dryer, towels, soap, and toilet paper in place for your arrival.
Extras & practicalities
Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and an indoor fireplace keep the home comfortable year-round. A washer, dryer, iron, dedicated workspace, and Wi-Fi handle the practical side of a longer stay. Free driveway parking accommodates up to four vehicles, and self check-in via keypad means a smooth, flexible arrival. We are a Local Host Company.
Location
Sawgrass Country Club puts you inside one of Ponte Vedra's most recognized gated communities, with the beach, seafood restaurants, local shops, and the broader coastal corridor all within a short drive. Residents and guests have access to the community pool and a beach access point (no parking at the beach access point).
Dog-friendly with pre-approval and additional fees (limit two dogs). No beach gear is available at this property.

-Sawgrass Golf & Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
They do extend use of their community pool and beach access point (no parking here) to renters.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
