Step into the screened-in lanai and you'll find a private outdoor pool - available all year (pool heat available upon advance request with an additional fee of $40/day), a tiki hut, a fire pit, and a full outdoor grill station complete with barbecue utensils. Whether you're hosting a cookout, catching a sunset, or simply unwinding poolside, this outdoor setup delivers.
 
Living & dining
Inside, the open-concept main floor is designed for togetherness. A spacious living room anchors the space, centered around a large flat-screen HDTV - perfect for movie nights or game-day gatherings. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area and features a massive granite island, full-size appliances, a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, toaster, and all the cooking basics and dishware you need to prepare meals at home.
 
Sleeping arrangements
This thoughtfully laid-out two-story home sleeps up to 10 guests across five bedrooms:

Primary suite on the main floor - king bed with a large en suite bathroom
Second bedroom - queen bed with private bath
Third bedroom - two queen beds
Fourth bedroom (upstairs) - two full-size beds with en suite bath
Fifth bedroom - queen bed with private bath

Each room includes bed linens, hangers, and ample storage.
 
Everyday essentials
Guests have access to a washer and dryer, iron, dedicated workspace, air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, indoor fireplace, and a free driveway accommodating up to four vehicles. The home features a private entrance, a backyard, and a patio - along with standard safety equipment including smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Self check-in is available via keypad.

This dog-friendly home welcomes up to two dogs with pre-approval and additional fees.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
