Your private screened lanai sets the tone: a pool available all year (heat available upon advance request with an additional fee of $40/day), a fire pit for evening wind-downs, a tiki hut, and a full outdoor grill station with barbecue utensils. It's the kind of backyard that keeps everyone close without feeling crowded.
 
Living & dining
Inside, an open floor plan connects a generous living room - HDTV, ceiling fans, air conditioning - to a kitchen anchored by a massive granite island. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, and cooking basics. A dedicated dining table means everyone sits down together.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps 10 across five bedrooms spread over two floors:

Primary suite (main floor) - king bed, en suite bathroom
Second bedroom - queen bed, private bath
Third bedroom - two queen beds
Fourth bedroom (upstairs) - two full-size beds, en suite bath
Fifth bedroom - queen bed, private bath

All rooms include bed linens, hangers, and ample storage.
 
Bathrooms & laundry
Four and a half bathrooms serve the house, with a bathtub and hair dryer available. An in-unit washer and dryer handle the practical side of a longer stay.

Sawgrass Country Club sits minutes from the beach, fresh seafood spots, local shops, and historic downtown - enough to fill a week without repeating yourself. Free driveway parking for up to four vehicles. Self check-in via keypad. Dog-friendly with pre-approval and additional fees (limit two dogs).
