Location!! Come take it easy in this tranquil and family friendly getaway without the worry of having to travel far for ample restaurants, shopping, TPC, the beach, parks or even Mayo clinic. This centrally located home allows for quick access for all of your traveling needs while providing all the comforts that will make you feel right at home.

The house is located in South Jacksonville Beach in a quiet neighborhood away from the noise of attractions and bars but still close enough that you are able to walk or bike ride to the beach, park, shopping centers and numerous restaurants.

Sunshine Park is about a half mile away.
Jacksonville Beach Golf Course, Jacksonville Beach, Target/shops, numerous restaurants and JTB all 1 mile away.
Mayo Clinic is 4 miles away.
TPC is 6 miles away.

The home is a 2 bedroom/ 2.5 bathroom house. The front door leads to a open floor plan of the spacious living room with a large queen sized pull out plush couch. End tables are powered for ease of finding plugs. Sit back and relax while you watch the 73" smart tv or open the blinds for ample natural lighting. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils and a glass top double oven. The Primary Bedroom has a king sized bed with a cool breeze temperpedic mattress and smart tv with an bathroom that has a walk in shower with a dual sprayer. The secondary bedroom has comfy queen sized bed, smart tv and an accessible bathroom attached. There is a small desk for a dedicated workspace in the dining room.

The backyard is an oasis with a screened in back porch and spacious decking. There are grills and propane tanks available for the guest to use. The large backyard is perfect for kids or even your dog to run around while you cook out on the grill and enjoy the sunshine state.

Perfect Halloween Getaway

We had a blast at the house and the neighborhood was so fun on Halloween. The guest bed is the most comfy bed ever…my son slept sooo good!! Master bed king size was such a bonus for us! Location was absolutely stellar!

Truly lovely

Quaint neighborhood with a beachy vibe. Sweet Bungalow with all the creature comforts. Roomy with nice size deck and fenced yard for your 4 legged baby. One mile or so from the beach. Lots of restaurants and entertainment close by. Fair size well stocked kitchen. You can’t go wrong in this comfortable 2 bedroom cottage.

Great home great location

The house was perfect for us. Clean with great amenities. Dog friendly with toys and a doggie door. Host was very responsive to questions. 10 minutes to the beach and Mayo Clinic. Well stocked kitchen. I would stay here again if I’m visiting Jacksonville.

Trip to the Mayo Clinic

This was our first time to the MAYO CLINIC and had no idea what to expect. This was also my first time to rent a Verbo and had no idea what to expect. All I can say is that the expectations of what a Verbo is and should be were set extremely high by our stay at this house, the second we walked in we felt like we were at home. The amenities provided were exceptional. The house was super clean. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. The proximity of the house to the MAYO CLINIC was less than a five minute drive , the proximity to the beach was less than a five minute drive, restaurants were just a few streets over. It was the perfect house in the perfect location and I loved working with Ashley. I highly recommend that you stay.
