Great rental with all the basics you will need. But the location is what makes it fantastic! Great view of the ocean from the balcony and boardwalk right onto a clean, quiet beach. Amazing restaurants in town too!

This is the perfect spot to stay for a relaxed family vacation! Our condo was clean, had plenty of kitchen essentials, and laundry machines were nice. We have visited this facility numerous times and have been so pleased each time. Cannot say enough nice things about the complex, the unit or the beach!!

This condo was the perfect getaway for our family of 4. The condo is fully stocked with anything you could need and very clean! The balcony is the perfect spot to warch the sunrise! We hope to be back!

The unit was as described/expected. Plenty of space for me and my parents who joined for two nights. Balcony with beautiful ocean view would have been LOVELY if it weren’t so unseasonably chilly and windy.

The villa was clean when we arrived. All necessary amenities were available, including laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, iron, etc. The location is perfect-- short walk on the boardwalk from the pool to the beach! The pool was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall the accommodations were good. Only two things could have made the stay better. The Bedroom TV remote does not work, replaced batteries, nothing. So TV did not work at all. The wifi is weak at best. We had to work during out stay and relied on the wifi which was not very good.

This is a very nice property with a great view of a wonderful beach. The beach is very walkable. The condo is close to grocery stores and other stores, and also close to down town Fernandina with many restaurants and bars and live music. There is a great state park and Egans creek has some wonderful hiking trails. My only drawback to this property is that the WiFi is awful. Very slow, and it frequently went down or was simply unavailable. The TV needs the WiFi in order to operate. The connection to WiFi in the bedrooms is poor. If you are planning to work remotely from here or watch TV then this is not the place for you. If you have no interest in WiFi or TV, then it’s great.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is very well maintained and the onsite management was very friendly and helpful. All of our needs were promptly met. The view is beautiful! Access to the pool and beach were very easy. This part of the beach is private and well kept.
