Sanchin was a very polite and gracious host. The property was extremely clean and accurately detailed on the website. I would highly recommend staying at this property and will stay here again myself.
This is an absolutely beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. It is centrally located south of the river in Jacksonville, making it easy to get around. The only thing that would have improved our stay is better appointed kitchen and furnishings.
This is an honest review of this home. I am sure the house was quite nice at one time. The neighborhood is quiet. However, there are a few issues. Very minimal furniture. Only Master had a dresser. Other bedrooms 2 night stands only. Closets are spacious but no hangers supplied. All of the carpets could use a cleaning. There was ABC gum everywhere. Inside, outside, stuck to carpets, on the garage floor. The beds are just ok. Pillows the flattest I have even seen. (Bring your own). Interesting that there was literally one fork in the entire kitchen. A few spoons and knives. Not a complete set. No grass at all in the front or backyard. The deck looked a bit dangerous and the lattice from the bottom is missing in spots. Garbage cans overflowing and had not been emptied in quite some time. Animals were having a nice feast. Dishwasher is non-functioning. Microwave handle pealing. I will say on a positive note that communication with the owner was prompt and he did listen to my concerns. Not sure if any issues were resolved after leaving.
Beautiful home in Jacksonville! Sachin was excellent and had great communication. Clean, updated, spacious. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you !! -Matt & the Ironmen
Very nice and quiet neighborhood. The stay was nice it could use some TLC (carpet, bedding and beds) The host was very nice. Definitely will stay again and recommend.
The home was newly remodeled. We were the first to stay in the home since the upgrades. Everything was so beautiful and nice. The host was very nice and responsive. Once of the nicest hosts I've ever had. Really down to earth guy. Would like to book again.
We had a wonderful family stay at this large, spacious VRBO in Jacksonville—perfect for groups needing room to spread out. The communication with the owner was amazing; she was always there to help in any way possible, even jumping in to address issues right away. That said, a few simple updates could make this property truly exceptional. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash as promised—stocking big bottles from Costco in each bathroom would be an easy win. A full roll of paper towels on arrival would also go a long way. The setup lists four bedrooms, but the fourth is a converted den with no closet and all-glass doors, limiting privacy. Two beds had broken supports (we notified the owner, who was eager to fix them during our stay). The sun porch is missing windows, and the back deck feels a bit unsteady.Overall, it's very clean, incredibly spacious, and the host's responsiveness makes it a great choice. We'll definitely return to Jacksonville and book here again
We were very disappointed because of the lack of immediate response and no dish cloths, broken dishwasher

Nice but needs improvements
Overall the house was nice and spacious. The home was very outdated and could've used many updates. The one thing that bothered me the most was that it does have a roach problem. I spoke with the owner and he said he would handle it but, my family and I couldn't unpack our things and get comfortable because of this. On the flip side, we had a plumbing issue and it was fixed immediately. The owner responded immediately. But, he later tried to blame the issue on me and my guests instead of realizing the house is just a bit older and could use some maintenance.

Fool me once, shame on you!
The pictures for this listing are not accurate! The enclosed patio door needs to be replaced. It had a big hole covered by tape. Two screens need replacing. Huge roaches can be found at anytime in the garage and we saw 3 small roaches, one that ended up in my wife’s cup. There was a stained couch, stained carpet, spout with mineral build up, light switches that seem to be shorting because they down always come on with a flick of the switch, but other than that it’s a great house!
Communication with the property manager was great. Very receptive. However, the house did not match the pictures on the listing at all. Very little furniture and the house had an awful smell. Carpets definitely need to be removed or cleaned as they do smell like pet urine. Also had an issue with bugs, in the bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen counters. The house did definitely not reflect any of the pictures that were shown. Very difficult for six guests to sit in one room as there was just not enough furniture. I hate to leave a bad review as the host was very pleasant to text with. But was just very disappointed in the house as we were expecting it to look like what we booked.
