We had a perfect stay. Staff was truly wonderful and the lobby and common areas are great. Bobby in guest services was so helpful with our luggage and they even stored our bikes. The only reason I’m rating the hotel 4 stars is because the rooms could use a bit of updating and maybe removing or replacing the carpets. The location on the river is great with beautiful views and the riverwalk and downtown right there.
