Not at kept up. Was scaffolding at around nit at all easy to get into room the key card was always needing to be re set. Staff who checked in was very respectful and helpful

The place has moist and the room was flooded due to leaks from the floor over it. Is just a nasty place. Please don’t even think of going there.

Florida weather is always hot and nice to me, the room was very disgusting. Went down to the lobby to express what my issues were and was told they will send someone up. All they did was come into the room and pick up paint supplies that was in the pantry. We had no dust/door stop on the bottom, we had sand, grass and bugs come in the room because there wasn’t a stop. I asked for a towel to cover it up and i got a lecture that they don’t give extra towel or linen. The dresser had molded wood, the hood over the kitchenette was disgusting. Cigarette burns all on the bathroom sink. The lamp had ashes all over it. There was spider webs and bugs under the beds. Also the chairs was nasty, table wouldn’t come clean.

I didn’t like anything about this property. First they wanted to charge me $ 400 more than the price that I made the reservation for. The room was dirty, smelled. The refrigerator didn’t work, they did replace it with another dirty one. The 2 place burners didn’t work. Bathroom floor floods whenever you shower. They don’t replace towels for the length of your stay. You have one role of toilet paper, you have to purchase your own if you need more. This is the worst place I ever stayed at since traveling.

I asked for a 1st floor or room near elevator because I have a disability. Checked in Monday @ 5 pm. Room on 2nd floor facing main street. Elevator on backside of property. Tuesday elevator not working. Wednesday no water. Thursday night elevator not working again. 8 am Friday woken by sound of leaf blower on staircase. Only thing was good was bed comfortable. Tv good. Dinette was good for me to get some work done on my computer.
