- check in was difficult since our host failed to include front door code in check-in instructions, we had to contact Brandon for door code- door code did not work upon exiting the property and we had to use Brandon's back up method (actual keys)to secure our property- Brandon said he'd send someone to fix the front door lock, that never happened- no shampoo or soap in the shower- broken ice maker and water dispenser in fridge- window blinds broken and filthy- ottoman ripped up- couch in living room uncomfortable and no side tables to place beverages on- no futon as mentioned on website, just a bunkbed- other beds with lumpy mattresses made sleeping miserable- shower curtain filthy and stained- bedroom door closet door was unattached, just leaning against a wall- no guest instructions in the home- backyard was dirt with a few weeds- couch was so dirty we used towels to sit on- excessive dirt and grime on both porches- 'outdoor furniture' as advertised consisted of two folding chairs and an ashtrayWe are frequent users of VRBO and have never had a bad experience like this one. We regret staying there and hope VRBO can de-list this property so that other users don't have to suffer this experience. It's not up to VRBO standards.We are asking for a refund due to inconvenience and the many reasons as listed above.We have plenty of pictures to back-up our complaints.
