If you are in a pinch. Then I would recommend this place. It was safe. It was 20 minutes away from downtown Jacksonville. It’s near a lot of places to eat in shop as well. If need be, I would definitely stay here again. and I would recommend this property to others as well.

So thankful for a nice and affordable pet friendly room close to the airport. The staff was extremely responsive and helpful. The A/C worked very well but there were a few small live roaches in the room which was our only complaint, so giving 4 stars.

The stay was okay. Nothing fancy. I felt safe. I was happy to not see any mold on the inside of the room that I had. I would recommend this motel to others. If they know are somewhat like on a budget I need somewhere to stay for maybe four nights. It appears that the people who are running you know take some type of pride in the upkeep of the motel. I didn’t really check out the amenities. Breakfast did not seem like anything really worth my time trying to get up to go to. Close to shops and places to eat. A hospital is not too far. It takes about 20 to 25 minutes to drive to get to downtown Jacksonville.

The reason I have chosen Sure Stay Best Western twice is that they seem to be the only reasonably priced hotel to offer FREE airport shuttle pickup and drop-off 24/7. This was especially convenient for late night/early AM arrivals. It is conveniently located close to JAX airport and restaurants close by. The room I had was non smoking, 2 queen size beds with good, clean and comfortable linens. Everything was very clean, including walk in bathroom with good shower head. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board provided along with mini fridge, microwave and decent size TV. There was no outside noise. Front desk staff solicitous, easy check-in/out. My only disappointment is that the free breakfast and coffee ends at 10am. For those travelers arriving very late and sleeping in a little, at least being able to get coffee would be a plus. However. It's a nice selection of breakfast items offered, cereal, milk, yogurt, juices etc. Basic but good after a long trip without having to go somewhere. Just maybe please extend breakfast to an hour later? The staff took care to keep premises, rooms and front lobby clean. Really like that free airport shuttle!

Very pristine clean white sheets and fluffy towels and wash rags in Room 216. The AC was good. The TV was a bit lopsided in the stand. The room itself was very clean- the mini fridge. It was good to have iron-board and hangers too. The ice maker worked. I did not have their breakfast so not sure what was served but I good get hot water to make tea which was very important to me. The steps on the stairs has patches of a dirt looking substance - climbing and facing that made me wonder what the state of the room was gong to be- I didn’t know if I was dirt or worse. I stayed for two days. The room appeared to well insulated from outside (there were people and movement 4th July weekend) I was not bothered one bit. Also, the room darkened well- that was a big deal for me. Thank you for a good 1st stay in Jacksonville Florida

My stay was ok. The outside of the property was sketchy but the room was clean and nice. The breakfast was minimal. Also they charged me $30 to check in early. But overall it was a quick convenient stop right off I-95.
