It comes partially furnished, with beds, sheets, dishes, cookware, etc. Just bring your clothes and personal items. Sort of like a hotel, but better; a nice comfy home.
The house is located in a nice neighborhood - a hidden gem in Orange Park. There are gates to access the high school and sidewalk to the Moody Ave. elementary and junior high schools. Bus service is also available for some schools.

The offices and living room are carpeted. The rest of the house has tile or original hardwood floors. Pest control is included (outdoor only). It is a 1980 house so we have a home warranty program to help with getting quick repairs.
