Each bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so pack light! Each sink in unit will come with handsoap, as well as bath, hand, and wash rags.
Your reservation will include a starter pack of dish detergent and laundry detergent pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand/wash rags for dishes, dish soaps, and a sponge.
Guest Access:
Use gate code 85225# or simply press the call button and notify the attendant you're in unit B113. Inside, find a gate key in the binder as well. Your door code arrives on the afternoon of your arrival via email, ensuring a seamless start to your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Life is Swell, B113 located within the Surf and Racquet Condo complex located near The Ritz Carlton. Just a short drive away from Historical Downtown Fernandina Beach, shops, and restaurants.
Getting Around:

The $500 hold is collected upon the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, given there is no damage to the property
