Loved Amelia Island & this condo so much !!! Steps to the beach (literally) and amazing views! Went with my family and really appreciated the communication from the owner & the 2 full bathrooms with washer/dryer. Great amenities too! (Pool). Highly recommend!

What a great property! The host was so polite and helpful. He called early to let us know it was ready before check in time. Very clean and even had beach chairs and sand toys for the kids. Highly recommend and would stay here again. Thanks for sharing your property with our family!

Thank you Garrett for being such a wonderful host! My husband and I absolutely love the unit. It’s beautifully decorated with gorgeous views. We’ve never stayed in a place that is so well stocked with everything from shampoo to beach chairs (and all the stuff in between). It was our first visit, but it will definitely not be our last.

Great little place for a couple

Our host was very responsive when we had trouble with the smoke detectors going off. The location is wonderful as we could just sit and enjoy the beautiful view!

Easy check in and quick response from host in all communications that were required. Comfy sleeping accommodations. Getting from the condo unit to the beach is a breeze! What we wanted most was wide open views to ocean and this unit delivered!

Mr. Garrett’s property is beautiful and perfect for a small size family vacation. We were greeted with a small gift basket and a nice bottle of wine in the refrigerator. This was my family’s second time staying at the location and it was as good as the first stay. We were able to bring the grandparents with us this time and they enjoyed every day. There is no better way to wake up every morning than the sun coming up over the ocean. We had coffee every morning on the balcony with the sunrise, while watching dolphins fishing along the surf. 100/10 stars!!!

The property was great! Nicely updated decor and location is perfect. Most rentals you need to bring your own cleaning supplies, toiletries, paper towels, etc., but this property was very well stocked. We would definitely rent this condo again!

The property was very clean and neat; it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was great getting up in the morning and watching the sun rise over the Atlantic from the deck The beach was great! We especially enjoyed the small quaint town that had great places to eat.

This is one of our most favorite units to stay in at Amelia south. The kitchen is new and clean, as well as the other rest of the unit. The beds are comfortable as well! Thanks for a great updated place!

Great place in a great location

We traveled as 2 married couples to this location and loved it. Location was great, accommodation was exactly like written up and show (except with new carpet), and we were all very happy with our stay. The front of the building is a little dated up well maintained but everything inside was great and well equipped. Would like to return some day soon.

Excellent location and views

Pictures and words don't do justice to the phenomenal ocean views and sounds. We slept hearing the gentle sounds of the ocean, and the main living area has a straight view of the ocean. The place was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities for comfort in a home away from home. The home and furniture are updated. We may never rent anywhere else in Amelia again, as long as this listing stays active!
