Ol Charmer offers the authentic character of all an original Fernandina beach house yet completely renovated with all the benefits of a new home. Direct access to the beach and oceanfront views that boasts from expansive porches make this property so desirable.
Upon entering the home guests are welcomed by the original 1925 characteristics that make this property unique such as shiplap walls and hardwood floors mixed with NEW and repurposed features. The main living area offers a comfortable sectional sofa, Samsung frame TV (online streaming with YouTube TV) and two swivel chairs.
An open floor plan allows the oceanfront views and breeze to sweep effortlessly between the living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is completely new with white cabinets, quarts countertops, a glass backsplash displaying coastal blue tones and stainless-steel appliances. It is well stocked with all the essentials including coffee maker (drip and pod), toaster, blender, cookware etc.
The master bedroom faces the ocean with a King bed, dresser, closet, TV and connecting bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Downstairs you will find two rooms with a Queen bed, dresser, closet and TV. The fourth room has a Full bed and three Twin beds uniquely hanging from coastal rope. The second bathroom with a shower/tub combo is just down the hall.
Guests can access one of the two oceanfront porches, gas fire pit, and Jacuzzi that faces the ocean. The laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer provides a separate exit that leads to the outdoor shower. This amenity is extremely convenient when walking up from the beach.
Four bikes, beach chairs, wagon, boogie boards and beach towels along with fresh linens, towels and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with limited number laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and one sponge.)
This rental is ideal for large families and friends who are seeking the ultimate beach vacation!

Parking is available for three vehicles.
We have one security cameras located on the front porch looking out toward the driveway. They will be on during your stay for safety/security purposes.
