Magnolia Cottage House is a private, stand-alone house located in quaint Neptune Beach. Only 3 blocks to the ocean, across the street from Jarboe Park, a yoga studio, and only 8 blocks to the Beaches Town Center with amazing restaurants, boutique stores, coffee shops and bookstore. Only 15 minutes to Mayo Clinic and 30 minutes to Jacksonville International Airport. The cottage has a private entrance with a lockable gate, plenty of outdoor lighting and private deck. There is one queen bed and bathroom downstairs and a full bed loft and bathroom upstairs. The living room and main space is small, but it's clean and cozy.
