Park Place- Lovely!

Quiet neighborhood in lovely setting, but close enough to whatever you need. The beds are very comfortable, great game room that we wish we’d had time to enjoy. Host was helpful and quickly answered my questions. No issues at all and the easiest check out ever!

Wonderful stay!

Park Place had everything we needed during our 4 night stay. It was incredibly clean and well located, with a park down the street and a coffee shop within walking distance. We enjoyed sitting on the cute front porch and waving as people went by. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay

We live locally and needed a place to stay before we closed on our new home. With most items packed away in storage, this home met all our needs and still provided the comfort of home and great views. Short walk to park, brewery, and work. It was perfect. Will stay again and certainly recommend.

Great property

We just stayed at this property for a week and have no complaints. The house was very clean and maintained well. Towels and linens were nice. Great location for visiting our son at Camp Lejuene and not too far for some beach days as well. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was absolutely perfect for 5 adults and 2 doodles! Plenty of room and we enjoyed the fenced in yard. The host was very prompt with their communications and had the house well prepared for our stay. Definitely recommend this host and property!

Perfect VRBO in Jacksonville

This place was great - fantastic updates and everything you need for a home away from home in Jacksonville. All of the updates were super thoughtful and each room had great amenities. We didn’t have any pets but the fenced in yard and wood floors would have been great for four legged furry friends.

Great stay! Lovely house with extra touches provided by the host. Great location for visiting our Marine. Close to all major roads/restaurants/activities. Bonus of the park one block away where you are able to walk to the river or sit and relax. Highly recommend

Well appointed, cozy and so much better than a small hotel room. The owner thought of everything from the bathroom extras to the morning coffee and snacks. Very clean and looks brand new. Perfect for our getaway.

Great quiet location near Marine Blvd.

The property was clean and had everything you needed. Could have used some curtains in the bedrooms as it got bright when the sun came out. Other than that, we enjoyed it and would love to return in the future.

Comfortable, attractive house in quiet setting near downtown

Park Place was the perfect base for our trip to Jacksonville. It's in a quiet residential area adjacent to downtown stores, restaurants, and government center. It's also less than a block from Riverwalk Park, a green space leading to Kerr Street Park along the river, with a dock and kayak rental kiosk.Highly recommended nearby establishments include Clove Hitch Beer Company and Chicano Street Kitchen.The house is attractive, on a corner lot. There are a full well-equipped kitchen, a living and dining area, and two bedrooms, each with a full bathroom. The porch wraps around two sides of the house. We found it a comfortable place to sit for conversation and reading.Park Place is a great find and a great value, highly recommended!

I highly recommend staying here.

House was clean very comfortable. The owner was prepared for all sorts of guests from kids to adults. The bathrooms were stocked with essentials that covered all bases. Great neighborhood, Close to everything from the nightlife to the park. The owner was very accommodating and polite. If you're looking for a great place to stay or get away this is the place for you!
