Perfect Getaway for Family Beach Vacation

Welcome to the beach house, just a 10min walk (0.5 miles) to the sand of South Jax Beach. 3 bed /2 bath that can sleep up to 11 adults + a crib. Full kitchen/cooking supplies & indoor washer & dryer. Large fenced-in, grassy backyard. Walking distance from dining, shopping & Sunshine Park. A short drive to Ponte Vedra, Atlantic Beach, & Neptune Beach. Quiet, safe neighborhood. 10min drive to the Mayo Clinic & TPC Sawgrass. TVs equipped w/ Netflix & YouTube TV. $75 pet fee.

Wake up and walk to the beach passing by our favorite local coffee shop and other restaurants. Our location makes it easy to get anywhere at the beach or in town!

A privacy fence separates this space from a separate mother-in-law suite on the property so there is little to no interaction between guests. To book the guest cottage listing as well to sleep more guests, check out the: "Cozy Cottage Studio, Walk to Beach" hosted by us.

Quiet neighborhood, close to great shopping, the beach, and local restaurants.

If wanting to go farther than the beach, a personal car or Uber would be best for betting around.

The property is 100 yards from the best public park at the beaches. Playground for the kids, basketball, volleyball with a splash park during the summer...it's perfect for the family.
