The staff is amazing and accommodating. This includes the front desk, the valet, the wait & bar staff and poolside attendants. Overall, the property is clean and well-maintained. However, there was a persistent and overpowering musty, mildew smell in our hallway throughout our stay. (1st floor 100’s). It made that are feel dated and unattended.

We always love our stays at Sawgrass Marriott. We appreciate the excellent service from greeting to check in to restaurant service. The views and ambiance are restful and relaxing. Our only wish for is fans in the bathroom, especially with Florida humidity.

We love Sawgrass. It has a special place in our hearts for many years of family vacations spent with our children. Our last stay was to celebrate our 28th Wedding Anniversary and we loved it. It was perfect, as we checked in at a slow time at the hotel and so it felt very quiet (which we loved). We hope to go back again soon!

This is an amazing resort with something for every age group. We had ages 7-67 and everyone had a fantastic time. Excellent food options on property, but also many restaurants close by. The Beach Club is just a quick, free shuttle ride away.
