Steps away from the ocean

  • New Listing! This is a wonderful condo across the street from the ocean. Short walk to the beach! We have a pool you can drive to for your use just outside the gates.
    This condo sleeps 4 people comfortable. Newer stainless steel appliances in kitchen and recently newly stocked with all the essentials. Coffee and Tea service provided. Rear patio with seating for your morning coffee. Washer and dryer in dedicated laundry room.
    Sheet, towels, shampoo, soap, stocked kitchen, beach chairs provided.
    Great for families, couples, groups and business travelers. Home is cleaned and disinfected with CDC approved products.
    No amenities overlooked including Wi-Fi, Cable TV with over 100 channels, We are very close to St Augustine. Plenty of local restaurants in Ponte Vedra. We are in the Gated section of the Beach villas. We are on the second floor walk up of the Villas.
    We have complete contactless check-in.
    No RV, Motorcycle, boat or trailer parking aloud.

A lovely, safe place.

This was a lovely place to stay. We felt very safe at night during our time there, check in was very easy to do. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll be sure to check to see if this place is available again.

Great location near the beach

We enjoyed staying a short walk from the gorgeous beach! The condo was small (it’s a studio) but it served our needs well. We also enjoyed spending time on the screened in balcony. My only complaint was that the floor was not clean. I walked on it barefoot and it had not been swept, and I couldn’t find a broom to sweep it myself.

Beach retreat

The location was great. However the furnishings are overdue for replacement. The only bed was not comfortable & should be updated to a queen instead of a full. The counters in the bathroom were unusually tall & might be difficult for shorter guests to use. The sofa was lumpy & should be replaced.

Unlike most VRBO‘s, there’s actually a phone number that you can call if you have any problems. My problem was minor, but I called and they answered the phone immediately and rectified the small problem I had immediately. The property is perfect for one or two people. It has everything that you could need. It’s not fancy, but it certainly is right across from the beach and right in the heart of everything in Punta Vedra. I know if you booked this, you will not be disappointed.

It was nice. Was not ocean or beach view. It was literally a few minutes across the street. I was thinking the property was actually on the beach before booking. The place was pretty clean overall. Check in was a breeze. The area was nice but way too far away from things to do other than the beach. The use of the community pool was okay.
