  • WOW! Spend your day at the beach and come home and sleep comfortably on the king size bed. This efficiency apartment is beautifully decorated and only 1.5 blocks or a 3 minute walk to the beach. .

    The room has a kitchenette with a mini fridge, toaster oven, crockpot, microwave, Keurig and a drip coffee pot. The perfect spot to come relax after a long day at the beach or come stay after a football game.

Xmas in Jax Beach

Stayed in studio near parents condo for Xmas. Location was very convenient. Studio was clean and spacious. Not really any view from window, but we were never there anyway. HVAC was a little tricky to figure out. Thermostat is in hallway outside and is locked. No way to adjust the temperature in the unit. Unit on wall inside unit was not functional during our stay.
