Everything was great. Superior service, great full breakfast and extremely convenient for Mayo patients. Though I did not need the suite it was all that was available. Had a really restful night.

I liked this very much it was accessible to the Mayo Clinic and was very clean. I cannot express enough on the staff, they were very friendly and went well above and beyond to see that your stay was as pleasant as it could be. My opinion this place should be rated 10 star and above, due to friendly, caring staff that goes above their normal duties.

We have stayed one night, two nights and even one month, we consider each other family now😊we have never had anything go wrong with our stay. They even have a good service menu and we use there suggestions for so much more❗️

The only thing about this property that was satisfactory was that it was attached to the Mayo Clinic and was convenient for my daughter's medical care. There were issues with one of the front desk personnel, as well as, the cleanliness (or should I say it was extremely dirty!) of our room when we checked in.

Excellent accommodations. Beautiful well appointed even diwn to shower caps which no hotel provides any longer. Will be returning in several weeks. Enjoyed thoroughly.

The staff were very friendly, room clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good. Only thing I thought the couch and carpet could be upgraded. They were adequate but older. I thought this a great place to stay, so convenient to get to the hospital.
