Very quiet. Some areas needed a little bit of extra cleaning like the shower but overall it was good. Staff was friendly and fast with check-in. The road/parking area near the hotel/has station had some big holes. Overall I would stay here again.

Overnight stay

The hotel is next to a gas station and truck stop but not as intimidating as I thought it would be. The front desk clerk was very nice, the hotel and room was clean. We checked in late at night so it wasn’t busy and it was pretty quiet. Breakfast was available as stated nothing too fancy, it was as expected. I stayed one night because I wasn’t in town for very long but would definitely stay again.

I thought the staff was great! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, and roomy. I like that they had hard floors, and not carpet. The bathroom was great for my travel companion who needed a walk-in shower. However, I was not too happy with the location surrounding the property. I didn't really feel unsafe, but the area was a bit sketchy, and it was not close to any food choices.

A couple of issues

The soap and shampoo dispensers were empty upon arrival. Door closer was especially strong, difficult to open door without assistance from a mule. Please adjust, or supply mule.

Staff was friendly, accommodating, and nice but for a newer hotel this place is in poor condition. The first room we were given was big but the shower, blinds, and fan were broken. The second room was tiny, I could barely walk around the beds and I am a small person. The blinds and fan were also broken in that room and the street noise was terrible. But I wasn’t going to switch rooms again.

The room is small with no tub and difficult to adjust the temperature. The toilet flushes so loudly that it’s almost startling. There’s nothing close by to dine at except for a gas station/ Arby’s. The pool is closed. No hot tub which would be nice. We needed to cancel yesterday because of a situation at home but we would have had to pay in full so instead we will end up driving 14 hours tomorrow - ridiculous.

It’s advertised as serving a buffet breakfast and there wasn’t any food served. When asking the front desk about this I was told that breakfast is usually served every morning however no one showed up to cook. There weren’t any courtesy accommodations made for this inconvenience which is a shame for a hotel of this brand.

A Relaxing Spot

This hotel is located in the industrial area of Jacksonville, but it's near the highway. Not much around the hotel, in terms of stores or restaurants, but if you drive 10 minutes out, you'll find options. Ample parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. There was a variety for breakfast. The hotel was clean, the rooms are spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The only drawback I'd say are around the bathroom; it was large because I was put into a king-suite handicap accessible room, but with that, the seemless shower (where there's nothing to step over, you just walk right in or it allows for a wheelchair) the water runs out and pools a bit on the bathroom floor, but it dries pretty quickly. The other thing was the water; it was only warm, not hot water. Water pressure was good. Those are the only two things that were not the best. Otherwise, lovely property and fantastic staff. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Great location. New and very clean. However, the check in process was disorganized. What should have taken 5-10 minutes took at least 30 minutes as we were told that our room was not ready. We arrived at 3:10, and check in was at 3. Some guests told us they had been waiting for a room since 1 pm! One of the reasons we chose this location was because breakfast was included. We went downstairs with our son at 9:30 a.m. FYI, they stop serving breakfast at 9! No signs were posted to let guests know the breakfast hours, and check out is at 11 a.m. We thought they would have served breakfast until at least 10 a.m. We were disappointed to say the least.
