This beautifully renovated oceanfront unit is located on the southeastern corner of the 4th floor and overlooks the 15th hole of Long Point golf course! approx 1900 plus square footage single level. The apartment has a 180 degree view floor plan with ocean and/or forest canopy enjoyed from all three bedrooms. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets over ocean and Amelia River. An open concept layout provides age, bright and airy space for every day living. The kitchen is gourmet equipped and fully stocked with household accessories. A spacious balcony will allow for plenty of sunshine, ocean breezes and the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise. The large master suite is like a private oasis complete with a sprawling spa-like bathroom and generous closet. With two additional guest bedrooms and bathrooms, there is plenty of space to accommodate friends and family and includes a private office work space. There is a high end air cleaner with Air Purifier, HEPA,Carbon=UV-C and Ionizer keeping home germ and dust free. Turtle Dunes has open access to the beaches. All of this while being conveniently located inside the beautiful Omni Amelia Island Plantation with extensive shopping and dining. The quaint town of Fernandina Beach is only a 20 minute and Jacksonville 30 minute drive and the apartment is located close to a vast series of national parks and beaches

The stay was excellent and the host was very cordial. The 3-bedroom condo had a dining room table to seat all of us for dinner and enough comfortable for us in the living room. The bathrooms were stocked with lots of towels too. We would definitely go back.

Slice of paradise

The condo is exactly as pictured, beautiful vistas and spacious rooms. Turtle Dunes is at the end of the Omni property and very quiet yet access to shops and restaurants is easy. I am looking forward to returning !

Sisters Vacation!

We had a wonderful visit to Amelia Island.. the accommodations were fantastic with plenty of space to enjoy in comfort and appreciated the soaps, paper products. etc. provided. We enjoyed the views of the sunsets and sunrises over the ocean and liked the easy access to the beach and closeness to various restaurants. All in all… a great experience!! Thank you !!

Family Beach Vacay

We had a wonderful stay at Amelia Island and the Turtle Dunes property. Views from the balcony were spectacular! Condo was fully equipped and beautiful. We took a trip to the Jacksonville Zoo which is only 30min away and enjoyed many of the local restaurants!

Amelia Island Beach Front Condo

Overall a very beautiful condo in a great area. Plenty of room for all with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Kitchen with everything we needed to have family dinners. Quite area with really nice walking and biking trails. Condo exactly as pictured! Would come back again.

Piece of heaven

The 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom spacious condo with a huge kitchen, generous living room and dining area, and of course the porch provided A+ comfort. Beautifully appointed plus the expansive views of the Atlantic added to our pleasure. The pool area was thoroughly enjoyed. Amelia Island is our go to vacation spot and this home/condo is our go to place to spend a terrific vacation.

Great Corner Unit

Clean, corner unit with great views! The condo is well-stocked and in a quiet area of the resort. We loved the spacious kitchen and living room and cannot wait to return. The beach and pool are easy walks and perfect for a quiet getaway or a week with the family.

Beautiful Oceanfront Property on Amelia Island

We spent our annual family golf vacation on Amelia Island at this fantastic unit in Turtle Dunes. The 3 bedroom unit on the 4th floor overlooks the ocean and has all of the amenities you need for a short several day stay, The owner is easy to work with and was responsive when needed to answer a quick fix question. We played golf on the excellent courses nearby and always love visiting the tennis center to get in some more vigorous exercise. We will be back!!

Fantastic location, stunning views!

The condo is beautiful, clean and well stocked with anything you might need. Rick was very responsive to all of our questions and requests. The view is stunning!! I loved watching the sunrise every morning with coffee on the oceanfront patio. The pool is also beautiful making the hardest decision of our trip- pool or beach? Both are at your front door. Everything was fantastic and we hated to leave! Thank You Rick!

Great condo

Rick was a very nice host, quick responses, willing to make things right. The condo was beautiful, well stocked, comfortable. Rick offered to make things right when the cleaners were delayed for check in. And also was very responsive when the refrigerator was having issues. He was a great communicator. Check in was simple. Location is perfect, quiet. The patio was our favorite spot for lunch.
